🤝 Kennedy Wilson & CPP Investments | Investissements RPC secure £500m debt facility from Goldman Sachs to finance their single-family rental portfolio.

🏡 ECF (Homes England, Muse and L&G) have secured planning consent for the redevelopment of the former Famer Norton car park site in Salford as part of a wider 800 home masterplan.

🏩 Watkin Jones Group have agreed a development partnership with Latium Enterprises to delivery a 294-unit hotel in the centre of Wimbledon

🦺 Panattoni UK have acquired a 15-acre logistics site in Northampton for a speculative development.
🏗️ Royal London Asset Management have acquired the Fradley Park industrial asset in Lichfield for £197m.
🧱 JINGDONG PROPERTY (part of JD.COM) have acquired a two “big-box” warehouses and an adjacent greenfield site near Leicester.
🏦 LondonMetric Property PLC (LMP) has sold £64.4m of retail assets and acquired two warehouses for £26.2m.
