John is hugely passionate about enabling leaders to create and evolve a talent acquisition, selection, assessment and retention process that becomes a key part of their competitive advantage in an ever changing and competitive market.
John has enjoyed working in recruitment since 2007 and has successfully delivered over 600 mandates at all levels, starting in Building Services and progressing into Real Estate over the last 7 years, completing a number of challenging mandates including CEO succession plans, new market entries and team builds.
He is passionate about combining best-in-class modern tools and technology with the best-practice traditional methods of headhunting and consulting to ensure our clients receive a really tough choice during each process (for the right reasons!)
Outside of work, John enjoys spending with his wife and 2 boys (the business is named after their middle names) at home in Surrey. He can also regularly be found on the football pitch either coaching the local under 8s or playing centre back for his local Vets team. He is also in the process of completing his FA coaching badges.
If he has any time left to relax, John loves a round of golf, a nice meal out and watching any sport going (but mainly Football, F1, NFL, Rugby, Golf & Cricket).
John is also an avid reader of books around business & talent and keeping up-to-date on various sources of Real Estate news. His passion for property extends to his own full-scale renovation of a 1930s property as well as being a part-time landlord.
