The joint venture, The Impact & Places Partnership, will deliver more than £860m of new high-quality homes over the next decade in regions where demand for housing is most acute.

We founding partners of Regeneration Brainery, a mentoring programme in 2017 to inspire young people from disadvantaged and diverse backgrounds, so the places we create are better, richer and more reflective of the society we live in. So far, we’ve worked with over 5,000 young people and have collected numerous social impact awards.
During the first lockdown, we transformed our Swan Street site into a Covid supply depot, where over £500,000 of supplies were donated to those most in need across Greater Manchester.

Our work includes award-winning residential, mixed-use, and cultural schemes in partnership with public sector organisations and institutional investors.
As we embark on a new era through a groundbreaking joint venture, we’re looking for someone exceptional to join us at the beginning of this journey.
You’ll need to bring around 5+ years’ experience in construction or development, and you’ll probably have cut your teeth on some chunky schemes already. Ideally you’ll:
We’re after a delivery-focused Development heavyweight to lead 3–4 projects from planning consent to reality. You’ll work closely with one of our Joint MDs, leading on our delivery and procurement to drive cost efficiencies for the business and manage risk, while ensuring the design and workmanship of our buildings aligns with our brand standards.
